Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions tailored to the needs of aging services and post-acute care.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
Work on GenAI use cases, developing innovative applications and tools that enhance the aging care experience.
Perform data analysis and processing to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to apply best practices and novel techniques to our projects.
Contribute to the development of AI-related documentation, including model documentation, technical reports, and user guides.
Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), using GPT APIs, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
Extensive hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) use cases and the development of generative AI applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for improving the quality of life for the aging population through innovative AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare or aging services industry.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Understanding of ethical considerations and biases in AI models.
Knowledge of Power Platforms and Power Apps is beneficial.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
