Description

Responsibilities: -
 

  • Responsible for ensuring effective operation & maintenance of the server.
     
  • Responsible to keep record of perfo1mance parameters of server /data.
     
  • Responsible for implementing Advanced network solutions.
     
  • To liaise and provide technical support/training to other teams/colleagues in the development and use of network systems, protocols, and all hardware and software issues.
     
  • Responsible for the development of the IT infrastructure (Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Linux Server, Firewall, AV/Backup ...)
     
  • Installation of standard computer equipment configuration, security marking, and distribution of equipment.
     
  • To set up user accounts (network/email) where required.
     
  • To assist in the audit of trust IT policies.
     
  • Responsible for maintenance of the database
     
  • Responsible for undertaking technical assurance role on agreed tasks.
     
  • Responsible for providing on-call support at reasonable times and with prior notice.
     
  • Responsible for the latest Antivirus/Backup/Security solutions.
     
  • Responsible for handling Hardware /Networking/ AV Problems independently.
     
  • Responsible for the smooth functioning of the IT Infrastructure of the Organization & timely resolving the issues if any.
     
  • Responsible to identify new trends in IT and implement the same.
     
  • Ensure proper Reporting & Completion of Activities from subordinates.
     
  • To take ownership to maintain costing & upgrade IT infra for all Client's Branches.
     
  • To discuss, negotiate & arrange IT equipment as per requirement.
     
  • Responsible for Digital Ce11ificate buy new/ renew for e‐Tender.
     
  • To ensure smooth working of all software like SAP, Tally, etc. in coordination with the corresponding Agency.
     
  • Office 365 administration, Exchange Mailing & Implementation of different tools available in 0365.
     
  • User awareness & training on 0365.
     
  • License Compliance ‐Review existing License, Identify Gaps if any Plan &
     
  • Implement same (Windows, Office, 0365, SQL, Acrobat if required, AutoCAD & Other design Software).
     
  • Responsible for ensuring IT uptime as per SLA /Predefined criteria.
     
  • Responsible for ISO & Other Audit as per the requirement.
