We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Engineer for a contract opportunity. As a remote worker in India, you'll play a key role in implementing Salesforce solutions for our clients.

- AWS Experience
- Amazon Connect (MUST HAVE)
- Apex Trigger pattern best practice
- APEX design patterns
- Lightning Web Components
- Omni Studio
- Security Model Concepts
- Data Model Concepts
- Custom Metadata Types & Custom Settings
- Platform authentication & authorization
- Connected App configuration
- Auth Provider configuration
- Understanding of platform APIs
- DevOps Experience
- Comfortable with peer code review and governance processes
