Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience with the Operational Risk Event (ORE) and/or Corrective Action Plan (CAP)process.
Milestone management for stop customer impact, remediation and control enhancement across the Global infrastructure organization and or GMNS- Global Merchant Network Service organization.
Will lead efforts to remediate cardmembers that have been impacted by technology events across GI and GMNST either ORE"s or CAP"sPrevious Tech AXP experience required
