QA Manual Tester

 Responsibilities:
*Developing test plans and test case documents for automated and manual test requirements
*Performing manual and automated verification of UI’s, application logic and navigation
*Test reporting to project stakeholders
* Working with developers to troubleshoot/debug root cause of problems and capturing information in bug tracking system
* Collaborating with Developers and Product Managers early during planning
Must haves:
* 5 years of experience as Manual QA Tester
*  Experience working on multiple projects and teams (ideally payroll related the ADP to Workday project AND Website related projects)
* Experience working on projects from the start (e.g. being involved in planning/pointing and suggesting session)
* Experience with test creation from scratch
*Experience testing payroll applications (strong with understanding numbers)
* Experience bug tracking tools (examples, Jira, Jenkins and/or Testrail or Pivotal Tracker or similar tool, they are open)
* Agile background
Nice to haves:
* 6 months of programming experience with Java, Python, Swift or other languages
* Experience with automation tools (eg. Selenium or other UI Automation tools)
* Experience with developing and executing load tests (eg. JMeter)
* Baseball background/should have passion for the game
