Must-have, required skills?

  • Need a seasoned PM that will drive projects to completion and have great communication skills
  • Need to be a PM in their current position (NOT looking for program manager, product managers, agile coaches, scrum masters etc.)
  • Need to have experience managing budget
  • NEED strong waterfall experience (NOT Agile/Scrum)
  • 7+ years of experience
  • P&C Insurance knowledge 
  • Particular Experience Requested: IT Project Management delivering application development (SDLC), COTS implementations/integration projects. 
  • IT Project Management experience with strong experience driving (multiple ie. 3 or more) projects to completion
  • Experience with Microsoft Project/Project Server
  • PMP Certification is preferred (will consider submitting candidates without one but not at max rate)
