Key Responsibilities
*Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and segment customer data.
*Design and execute data ingestion processes from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
*Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define data requirements, use cases, and business outcomes.
*Build and maintain customer segments and profiles to support targeted, personalized engagement.
*Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud features to enhance customer journeys and propose acquisition and retention strategies.
*Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
*Analyze data to create actionable insights, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and activation.
*Support segmentation activation through email and marketing solutions.
*Mentor junior team members and promote Salesforce Data Cloud best practices.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
*9+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), or similar solutions.
*Proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and data modeling.
*Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, including PII, GDPR, and CCPA.
*Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification (required).
*Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred).
*Expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization, Evergage, or Interaction Studio is a plus.
*SAFe/Agile development experience and proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows.
*Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
