Sys Analyst (Data Analyst)

We are seeking a Sr Analyst – Sys Analyst (Data Analyst) to analyze and evaluate data for systems serving millions of health insurance recipients. You will develop software solutions, design SQL modules, conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and document results.

*Required Skills:*

8+ years of SQL programming and data analysis experience.
Proficient in relational databases and data modeling concepts.
Strong fluency in writing complex SQL queries (single/multiple tables, DML).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Familiarity with process modeling tools like Lucid Charts.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly enrollment and eligibility.

*Certifications:*

Relevant certifications in Agile and Data Analytics are a plus.
