- Experience in AD and AAD administration
- Experience working in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment, including applying best practices for security and availability
- Experience with basic development concepts such as version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with building and maintaining distributed monitoring infrastructure
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Power Shell, and SQL
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in documenting system configurations, processes, and changes for maintenance and knowledge sharing
