Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities      

- Background supporting test automation and performance testing activities projects.

              - Coordinate with client teams, managers, and business stakeholders.

              - Plan, estimate, and manage test automation efforts, including smoke and sanity tests.

              - Monitor and report test metrics to ensure quality and progress.

Required Skills 

- Understanding of test automation and performance testing.

              - Proficient in planning, estimation, coordination, and test metrics.

              - Ability to create and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.

              - Basic Understanding  with Azure DevOps (ADO) and automation frameworks is plus.

Soft Skills          

- Excellent communication and documentation skills for client and business interaction.

              - Strong leadership abilities, with experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

              - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications         

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
