Job Description:

  1. Updating and managing a complex, multiyear project plan in Microsoft Project
  2. Synchronization of the plan to SharePoint for stakeholder visibility and management of controlled access in SharePoint (user and field level controls)
  3. Creation and maintenance of project metrics based on the project plan
  4. Collaborate with Power BI resources to create and maintain project dashboards
  5. Creation and maintenance of PowerPoint slides with program status and project metrics suitable for various levels of the organization - from the product team to executive leadership
  6. The ability to become an expert at documenting the nuances of this program's interdependencies and relating work in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to what is documented in the project plan
  7. The ability to identify when program dashboard data is best sourced from ADO or the project plan and collaborate to ensure dashboard accuracy
  8. General knowledge of SharePoint, ADO, and Azure Automation functionality to propose creative ideas for efficient, effective program governance and tracking, then oversee the work of the parties who implement the idea
