JOB DESCRIPTION:
Agile Business Analyst/Product Analyst
Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst (Agile Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our agile E-mobility incentive projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value.


Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in gathering and own documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
User Stories: Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they are well-understood by the development team
Agile Facilitation: Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Backlog Management: Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes
Quality Assurance: Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of E-mobility and electric vehicle charger programs is a plus
