**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver and certify SAFe 6 courses using SAFe Collaborate across various roles (SA, SP, RTE, SSM, etc.).
- Collaborate with leadership to institute OKR frameworks to measure progress and effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of Lean-Agile ways of working with SAFe as a cornerstone.
- Advise on operating models and transformation governance.
- Conduct AgilityHealth maturity assessments and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Coach and mentor leadership, teams, and individuals on their roles within SAFe.
- Facilitate and coach LPM (Lean Portfolio Management) and ART (Agile Release Train) events.
- Support Agile tooling strategy and adoption, including SAFe for Enterprise, Jira, and AgilityHealth.
- Identify and coach Agile champions within functional areas to serve as local mentors.
- Develop and deliver Lean-Agile training materials for teams and new talent onboarding.
- Lead the launch and maturation of Communities of Practice within the organization.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues and bottlenecks impacting Agile transformation.
- Guide the organization through change, removing impediments that limit productivity and quality.
- Track Agile adoption and maturity through the development of relevant metrics.
- Foster an environment that values autonomy, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Promote Lean thinking principles, including reducing cycle times, limiting work in progress, and identifying inefficiencies.

**Requirements:**
- SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification & Enablements.
- 6+ years of experience coaching Agile teams.
- Minimum 5 years in engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Experience leading Agile portfolios and transitioning from Waterfall to Agile in complex environments.
- Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, AgilityHealth, SAFe Enterprise).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel quarterly for PI Planning events along the Northeast corridor.
