·         Architect needs to complete green filed implementation for IOC and Developer Self-Service
·         The Developer portal will provide below capabilities to developers.
o    Monitoring Logging and platform performance data collection
o    Resource provisioning/Utilization and Claiming
o    Alerting/Notifications
o    RBAC based policies.
o    Authentication handling
