Job Description:
As a Full-time Remote Backend Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js. You will collaborate closely with our frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere, providing autonomy and the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend functionality with frontend components.
• Implement data storage solutions using databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure APIs and data.
• Write automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of backend services.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to deploy and maintain backend infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in backend development.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Strong experience with backend development using Node.js.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in database design and management using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
