Key Responsibilities:
Actively market bench consultants (IT professionals) to vendors, clients, and staffing partners through calls, emails, and other channels.
Identify and approach potential employers for job opportunities for consultants.
Build and nurture a strong network of partners to ensure continuous flow of job openings.
Maintain a database of consultants on the bench, tracking availability and placement status.
Generate reports on consultant placement, vendor relationships, and market trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Requirement
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Experience and Skills
1+ years of experience in bench sales or IT staffing preferred but not required
Knowledge of IT technologies and roles, and understanding of market trends in the IT industry
Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
