BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Job Description:

• Establish liaison with and elicit requirements from business stakeholders and external clients.
• Document business processes based on global standards and client/customer requirements.
• Document functional and technical specifications for developers, esp. system integration mapping documentation.
• Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders to validate technical solutions.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all project deliverables.

Skill/Experience/Education

• 8-10 years of experience with requirements elicitation, specification, documentation and communication.
• Experience with supply chain management, order management, warehouse management business processes.
• Experience with Softeon warehouse management system or similar enterprise warehouse management system. Will be required to become a proficient application user.
• Mandatory:- Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be clear in communications with stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills – needs advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
• Detailed oriented, organized, self-sufficient.
• Experience with A2A, B2B, B2C data mapping analysis.
• Strong experience with X12, SAP IDoc, XML, JSON messaging formats.
• Desired: Experience as a user with SAP SD, IM, MM.
• Experience with application testing and process analysis.
• Agile and Waterfall software methodologies.
• Experience with computer system validation for the Healthcare industry.
