Key Responsibilities:
1. Incident SLA Tracking and Management
2. Monthly tracking of incidents / changes / Hydra Chats and create trend
3. JIRA management - weekly review of all open JIRAs, ensuring JIRAs are actioned and followed up. Maintain JIRAs to a manageable level.
4. Problem Records management to ensure no SLA breach with acknowledgement and closure.
5. Prepare consolidated monthly Ops report for the leadership.
6. Alerts refinement - review existing alerts, work internally with both US and India teams, and get rid of alerts that are redundant or not adding value.
7. Collaborate with partner teams such as Network, CIINFRA etc on planned activities. Perform impact assessment of those changes and publish customer communication.
8. Conducting Daily stand-up, work with the team on requirement refinement and prioritization in JIRA, update stakeholders on the progress / impediments
