Skill
·        Experience of Netcracker’s RBM product.
·        MySQL 
·        Oracle SQL/PLSQL
·        Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
·        Strong RDBMS experience
·        Java
·        Unix/Linux command line
·        Git source control
Responsibilities
1.    The RBM ASG team plays a significant role in ensuring that billing processes run smoothly each day. 
2.    Analysing the billing defects & raising to appropriate teams.
3.    Providing data clean-up scripts for affected records.
4.    Involved in developing few scripts required for monitoring the billing tasks. 
5.    Generating billing related Dashboards, tracking the weekly progress and discuss the issues with customer. 
6.    Capturing Client requirements and understanding them and further building business logic to portray the requirements to reality. 
7.    Data analysis and working on improvement on quality of data by cleansing them as per the design standards. 
8.    Generating reports to track Data Quality and to report progress to customer. 
9.    Attending workshops and client meetings.
