Job Title: Temporary Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid)
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Contract (6-week engagement with potential extension to 6 months)
About the Job: This role involves data entry into a Microsoft SharePoint-based system and may extend to a longer-term contract with additional administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Process invoices and prepare expense reports
Perform data entry tasks
Draft announcements and communications
Provide backup support for counterparts
Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple, competing projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Oracle iExpense
Knowledge of MarkView
Any Graduate
