Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience leading Power Apps development projects from conception to deployment
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Apps platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Data verse
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Healthcare, managed care, or related experience preferred
