Ability to involve in design, development, coding, configuration, testing, and development in support of enterprise packaged solutions.

Should have experience in full lifecycle of application workflows.

Experience with coordinating and handling offshore teams.

Experience working in AGILE methodology.

Previous experience working as ASP .NET Web Developer.

Should be  proactive, self-initiated and Easily adopt to the leading technologies

Good analytical logical and problem solving skills

Good knowledge in writing procedure and quires in SQL

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our clients’ systems current with changing technologies.

Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no or little assistance from the Supervisor Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.

Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure Production of a quality product.

Responsible for development of new programs, analyses current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost-effective product.

Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.

Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.

Consult with the Lead Programmer and the Technical Manager regarding professional skill development.

Experience and ability to teach or instruct co-workers.

Providing advice, training and technical support for various projects.

Working closely with management team in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.
