Full Stack Developer ( MERN Stack )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in React and Node.js development, with a strong focus on React State Management using tools such as React Query or GraphQL . The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to deliver optimal solutions.

Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on front-end technologies such as ReactJS.

Work with back-end technologies like NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and Microservices to ensure seamless integration.

Utilize strong knowledge of Data Structures and TypeScript to optimize code performance and efficiency.

Implement and manage state in React applications using React Query or GraphQL.

Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.

Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the development process.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure standards are met.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in React and Node.js development.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and front-end technologies, with a strong emphasis on ReactJS.

Experience in state management using React Query or GraphQL.

Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.

Solid knowledge of Data Structures and TypeScript.

Familiarity with Redux and Redux-saga for state management.

Familiarity with AWS services and deployment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
