Key Responsibilities

 

Design, develop, and maintain advanced AI models for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to integrate machine learning models seamlessly.
Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using advanced LLMs like OpenAI API, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral), and frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.
Leverage your expertise in Transformer/Neural Network models and Vector/Graph Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j) to build robust and scalable AI systems.
Craft effective semantic search experiences by employing advanced techniques like HyDE, MMR, and LLM reranking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to define project goals, identify use cases, and ensure seamless integration of Gen AI solutions into existing workflows.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Gen AI research and actively explore new tools and techniques to enhance our capabilities.
Document your work comprehensively to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure project continuity.


Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years Proven experience developing and deploying LLM-based applications.
Solid understanding of Transformer/Neural Network architectures and their application in Gen AI.
Hands-on experience with Vector/Graph Databases and their use in semantic search.
5+Experience integrating speech-to-text tools into AI systems.
Familiarity with OpenAI API/Google Gemini, Open Source LLMs, and Gen AI frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.
Strong Experience in Copilot or Amazon Code Whisperer(Amazon Q).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow and and potentially others (e.g., Java, C++).
Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles and algorithms.
Experience in applying Gen AI techniques using JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, BitBucket DevOps Tools.
Ability to work with large datasets and knowledge of data preprocessing techniques.
Experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision for generative AI applications.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for complex AI problems.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
