ServiceNow Global Presales- Strategic account management

Global presales/Solution offering role will own strong in estimation techniques/methods and commercials and Solutions Offerings to customer, Strategic account management and customer management. Presales and Solution accelerators.. Experience in Large scale, strategic & complex deals/bids, lead solution development, multi-tower, win-theme/strategy, presales, techno commercial, thought leadership, End to End solutioning experience.

Overall, 12 -18 years of work experience in corporate environment with strong experience in Solutions Offerings to customer, Strategic account management and customer management. Presales and Solution accelerators.

Exposure in Customer Solution in the Bid or Proactive Opportunity. 4+ Years experience in ServiceNow Architecture, presales, RFP/RFI

Experience in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, IRM, SecOps, Service Portal, VA, App Engine and other ServiceNow offerings.

Deep dive experience including hands-on in minimum of 3 ServiceNow modules.

Have good knowledge of ITIL, Enterprise Service Management and Service Management Processes
