A DAY IN THE LIFE

•  Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document PAM control capability requirements.

•  Gather functional and technical requirements to implement PAM program goals.

•  Analyze existing access management processes and bring nuances forward to program team for consideration.

•  Assist with deployment of new processes and ways of working.

•  Monitor and report on PAM metrics, with focus on identifying risk reduction and risk management improvements.

•  Collaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to understand their roadmaps.

•  Build support documentation of new capabilities, processes, features and functionality.

•  Develop, maintain, and deliver documentation for end-users.

•  Collaborate closely with IAM team and application teams to support and drive PAM enhancements across the Technology portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of related hands-on business analyst experience.

•  Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and/or processes preferred.

•  Strong requirements management skills including elicitation, scoping, prioritization, and risk/issues management.

•  Confident in creating and delivering training and communications to various stakeholders.

•  Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•  Experience working in a large technology organization.

•  Very organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver.

•  Collaborative team player with deep understanding of privileged access governance capabilities.

•  Excellent spoken and written communication skills – both with internal stakeholders across all levels and external vendors

•  Experience working with ServiceNow, Atlassian tools and SharePoint site development and maintenance preferred
