IT Network Engineer

Candidate who has proven working experience with Data Center support, Server, Storage and Network Switch Management, vSphere, NSX, vSAN & VMware Cloud Foundation, Strong technical background in the infrastructure domain with expertise in building, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining VMware infrastructure.

Knowledge on Network Routers, Switches, Servers & Storage.

Must have skills: Experience in Rack & Stack of Servers, Storage and Network Switches.

Experience in installation and configuration of HP DL Servers. Storage and Network Switches.

Experience in installation and configuration of HP Primera Storage

Experience in installation and configuration of Aruba Switches. Experience in vSphere 7.x suite (ESXi, vCenter, vRO workflows)

Experience with VMware virtualization stack (Install, Configure, Troubleshoot, Maintain) Hands-on experience on Compute and infrastructure related activities such as building vSphere stack from bare metal all the way to VM provisioning Able to manage implementation activities and end to end solutioning using VMware, vSAN and NSX-T.

Hands on experience on NSX is a must Experience in AD/DNS/DHCP is a must Should be really good at problem solving and identifying root cause

Good to have Skills: VMware Cloud Foundation Knowledge in HPE h/w, OneView, Networking and Storage Hands-on network related activities such creating vLANs, BGPs. Knowledge in Shell or Python Scripting Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
