Description

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration Management: Configure and customize Jira workflows, issue types, and permissions to meet the needs of our teams.
  • User Management: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and team performance.
  • Add-on Management: Install, configure, and maintain Jira add-ons to enhance functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve Jira issues and performance problems.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices and workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve Jira workflows and processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for Jira processes and configurations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Jira workflows, configurations, and best practices.
  • Experience with Jira administration tasks, including user management, permissions, and issue types.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy) for automating tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
