Magento - Tech Lead / Developer

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope for Magento2-based e-commerce solutions.

2. Leading a scrum team to provide design solution, development and customize Magento platform functionalities, including catalog management, order management, pricing rules, payment gateways, and integrations with third-party systems.

3. Implement and maintain Magento extensions, themes, and plugins to enhance the platform"s functionality and user experience.

4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

5. Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to development guidelines.

6. Conduct thorough testing of developed features to identify and resolve any bugs or issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Magento2 platform performance, integrations, and functionality.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Magento2 platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.

10. Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
