Primary Skills: PeopleSoft Finance Modules – AP, AR, GL, AM
PeopleSoft Functional process lead/architect with 12+ years extensive hands-on experience and Strong Functional skills are mandatory.
Experience in min 4 or 5 end-to-end Implementations /Upgrade & Support experience. Experience on PS 9.2 implementation is mandatory.
Should have experience in PeopleSoft FSCM modules of General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM), Accounts Payable (AP), onsite-offshore, architecting Fin implementations.
Must have strong experience and exposure towards GL implementation and its integration with core finance modules of PS.
Should be able to configure Business rules for General ledger module enhancement or new feature implementation. Experience on handling multi country related reporting and reconciliations will be valued higher.
Should have exposure to multi-currency processing and implementing PS GL in multiple country rollouts.
Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.
Must have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PS FSCM V 9.2 (mandatory).
Ability to interact with Business, technical and functional staff at all levels.
Must be able to drive requirement gathering, Fit/Gap and Design sessions with business community.
Business requirements gathering, Business users training and Change management.
PeopleSoft Finance Training manuals creation and training experience to business users.
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
