Roles & Responsibilities

Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, placing & following-up on PO's

Managing problems and schedule changes. Updating ERP - SAP

Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis

Assisting in the continuous development of the Procurement function towards best practice

Managing supplier relationships to understand the business, gather market intelligence, assess risk and ensure compliance with KPIs

Overseeing the sourcing and buying process to ensure products are delivered according to quality, specifications and budgets

Developing and reviewing Suppliers and managing PIR/Source list

Creating and managing Contract/Spend/Savings Projects

Collaborating with Category team for alignment on projects and Supporting Tender

Managing PO and aligning Supply schedule, controlling Inventory and supplier quality

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a diploma / GED with at least 3-5 years of experience in Procurement).

Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills

Need to have working experience in Oil & Gas domain

Demonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skills

Be a team player with ability to work independently

Demonstrate good problem-solving skills on technically

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
