Description

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

· Prioritize Backlogs: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery of features.

· Coordinate with Offshore Teams: Facilitate communication and collaboration with offshore development teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Engage with Operations (Ox) Teams: Work with operations teams to ensure product stability and performance.

· Support Local Markets: Adapt product features and strategies to meet the specific needs of local markets.

· Assist Business Analysts (BA): Provide support to business analysts in gathering and analyzing requirements.

· Drive Product Vision: Contribute to the development and execution of the product vision and strategy.

· Monitor Product Performance: Use analytics tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.

· Collaborate with Dependent Teams: Work with other dependent teams to ensure alignment and integration of product features.

· Coordinate with Upstream and Downstream Teams: Engage with upstream and downstream teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth workflow across the product lifecycle.

· Support end-to-end feature and/or system enhancements, including discovery/requirements gathering, solution design, build/configuration, QA/UAT and training

 

Skills Required:

· Content Management Systems (CMS): Proficiency in AEM (preferred) or any other CMS.

· Analytics Tools: Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

· Targeting Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Target or similar tools.

· Digital Marketing: Knowledge of B2B/B2C digital marketing tools and strategies.

· E-commerce Platforms: Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify Plus.

· Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Good to Have:

· Campaigning Knowledge: Basic understanding of campaign management.

· Salesforce: Basic knowledge of Salesforce.

· Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
