Full job description

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand business and product requirements.
Design and execute test strategies and test plans.
Create automation to assist testing processes and provide faster feedback to developers.
Provide support to Engineering, DevOps, and internal teams through testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
Document defects, conduct code reviews, and assist in diagnosing and testing fixes.
Drive quality improvements using automation, metrics, and data-driven processes.
Understand and contribute to the interconnectivity of engineering components.
Actively participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
About you...
8+ years of industry experience in software testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks
Familiarity with testing a CRM, ideally Salesforce
Experience with database testing
Proficient in API testing
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools (Selenium, Postman, Cypress, etc.), and processes.
Hands-on experience with both functional and non-functional testing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Experience with Docker is a plus.
Experience with version control – ideally Git and GitHub, is a plus.
Experience with AWS Lambda or similar serverless computing is a plus.
Agile/Scrum environment experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Python is a plus, but not required
