Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations for Higher Education advancement clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Higher Education fundraising and alumni relations processes and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop comprehensive solution designs.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including data models, system diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce platform features, advancements, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of IntraEdge's Salesforce methodology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent role.
- Proven experience in implementing complex Salesforce solutions for Higher Education advancement.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional experience for consideration:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Higher Education-specific add-ons.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
