Job Description :
An individual responsible for end to end Sales Cloud implementation
Work with the business team
Interact with the client/other stakeholders
Participate in requirement gathering sessions, create the business requirement document
Translate business requirement in the technical solutions
Development & configuration of Sales cloud functionalities
Manage the salesforce deployment from one environment to another.
Lead the Salesforce demos / POCs for client and participate in client workshops
Works in cross functional Agile team
Required Job Qualifications (must have skills)
7 to 10 years of working experience with the Salesforce platform
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solution and suggest business solution by analyzing Out-of-Box (OOB) features Vs. Custom Development Vs. 3rd Party (AppExchange) products
Implementation experience of at least 2-4 Sales Cloud projects
Good understanding of Sales cloud functionalities and process i.e.
Aware of all advanced features of the Salesforce and how they can be used to make the Sales cloud implementation efficient.
Good hands on experience on Sales cloud configuration/customization
Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning and Force.com
Integrating of salesforce with other systems using of SOAP Rest API
Understand of Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards
Knowledge of deployment activities between the Salesforce environments.
Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERPs, Legacy Systems, etc.), knowledge of SOAP and REST API (ERPs, Legacy Systems, etc.)
Good verbal and written skills.
Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between the Salesforce environments.
Experience in data migration using Data Loader
Good to have skills/certifications
Salesforce Sales Cloud certification
Knowledge of service and community cloud
Knowledge of JIRA tool.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
