Good experience on setting up omnichannel and live chat etc
Must be able to configure the communities with available template considering branding and themes.
Hand on Experience cloud, Experience cloud site builder on case management, knowledge management.
Good understanding of data security and external site security 
Knows communities’ licenses type and can guide customer on licenses
Understanding of customer support processed and experience cloud.
Strong Analytical Skill who can measure project success .
Owning and driving thought leadership to influence their sphere of technology in the use of innovation to advance business capabilities .
Should be able to Leverage business and domain knowledge to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans of the enterprise .
Able to connect well with Business users.
Should be able to translate the business requirements in logical sprints and writing User stories.
Should Have deep knowledge of Experience Cloud. 
Should Provide technical recommendations to senior leaders to assist the decisions on proposed IT initiatives .
Collaborate with other Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards 
Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs 
Exposure of Salesforce Customization.
Experience and understanding of software development methodologies. Preferred: Hybrid Agile, Agile, Scrum of Scrums
