SAP AMS SD Consultant

As an SAP AMS SD Consultant, you'll be the mastermind behind keeping SAP SD running smoothly, meeting business needs, and driving continuous improvement. 

 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support for SAP SD, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within SLAs
- Be the go-to person for fixing application and system issues
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely issue resolution


 What We're Looking For:
- S4/HANA experience
- Integration skills with other modules
- IDOC and EDI knowledge
- Proficiency in support tools like Omnitracker, JIRA, ZenDesk
- ITIL knowledge preferred
- Debugging skills as a bonus
- Fiori integration expertise a plus


 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in SAP SD module configuration and support
- Strong grasp of Sales & Distribution business processes
- Knowledge of integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good MS Office and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Shift work required (allowance provided)
- SAP certification is a bonus!
