Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements in the services domain.
Analyze and document business processes and workflows related to CRM services.
Configuration and Implementation:
Configure SAP CRM modules, specifically for service-related functionalities (e.g., Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Service Planning).
Customize solutions to meet specific business requirements using tools like the SAP Web Client UI.
Integration
Any Graduate
