Skills sets required:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP OTC processes, including accounts receivable, credit management, cash collections, and dispute management. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP OTC solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design and Configure SAP OTC Solutions: Design and configure SAP OTC modules to meet business needs.

Implement and Test Solutions: Implement SAP OTC solutions and conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality.

Provide User Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP OTC systems.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with other departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP OTC processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP OTC implementation and support.

Certifications: SAP OTC, SAP FI, SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA.
