*Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Resource with a minimum of five (5) years in SAP Procurement and expertise in coordinating procurement activities for diverse services and materials. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a depth of experience in inventory management, supplier lifecycle management, and contract administration.

- Strong business and technical writing skills

**Key Position Duties:**
The selected candidate will support end-to-end SAP procurement functions and collaborate with various departments to manage procurement activities effectively. Key responsibilities include:

1. **Interdepartmental Collaboration and Customer Support**
- Provide customer service, guidance, and troubleshooting support to both internal and external customers regarding contract and procurement procedures.
- Work with vendors and other departments to clarify procurement requirements, ensuring transparency and compliance.

2. **ERP SAP Procurement Processing**
- Utilize SAP to process shopping carts for purchases and work orders, handle change orders, and manage approval memorandums in compliance with policies and procedures.

3. **Adaptation and Business Process Mapping**
- Quickly understand and adapt to PTC's current end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and contracting processes to facilitate the mapping of new business requirements into a future state design.

4. **Report and Documentation Preparation**
- Prepare and present reports, forms, and reference guides to outline purchasing requirements.
- Draft correspondence related to quotations, bids, purchase orders, and other office communications.

5. **Professional Services Procurement and Record Maintenance**
- Prepare and maintain materials in alignment with Professional Services Procurement Procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.

6. **Vendor Management and Compliance**
- Work closely with vendors to ensure all procurement documentation is clear and compliant with contract regulations.
- Provide additional guidance as needed and review vendor proposals for adherence to contractual requirements.

7. **System and Process Change Management**
- Support best practices in system and process change management, ensuring that all procurement processes and documentation are up-to-date and align with established standards.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid foundation in SAP Procurement and contract management who can independently manage procurement processes and provide insightful collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards
