Overview: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies
Facilitate continuous improvement through regular retrospectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and – 5 years exp.
Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management, Scrum, Agile Process Coaching, and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) .
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards is required.
