Company Description

Client is a National Sales and Service Organization specializing in Digital Radiology. Their products include DR, RF, Breast CT, Muscular Skeletal Tomosynthesis and all in one veterinary system (DR, RF, CT).

Role Description

This is a full-time position for an experienced X-Ray Service Engineer. The role involves electrical, electronic, mechanical and x-ray troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance of the full line of client Products. The Senior Field Service Engineer will also provide technical support to customers, colleagues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in x-ray field service engineering

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing equipment

Must be proficient in the use of x-ray and common electrical test equipment and tools

Must be proficient in computer-controlled automation, set up and system calibrations

Must be able to competently read schematics

Must be able to comfortably work in a Windows environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent writing skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards

Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

Certifications in relevant technologies or equipment are a plus

Ability to travel over night when required

Ability to travel as part of a project team
