Roles And Responsibilities

Experience managing the first- and second tier support for end users of scientific instrumentation and scientific IT devices.
The National Center for Translational Sciences (NCATS) requires scientific service desk support to provide specialized end-user support for all scientific instrumentation and IT equipment.
The National Center for Translational Sciences (NCATS) requires scientific specialized end user support for both administrative and scientific staff for scientific instrumentation and desktop IT, training and technical writing supporting those systems, asset administration and support, and conference support (e.g. conference room technology, video conferencing, and virtual meeting support).
