This role is ideal for a motivated ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). You will join Fujitsu's dynamic SaaS practice team and support a wide range of technical engagements.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- ServiceNow Development (5+ years)
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC; 3-5 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

OTHER NOTABLE ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk and compliance requirements, developing a roadmap for implementation in ServiceNow.
- Participate in developing GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems/tools used for GRC.
- Create and customize ServiceNow workflows and modules to support GRC processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize third-party risk assessment and audit management tools.
- Provide guidance and training to teams and stakeholders on best practices for using ServiceNow for GRC.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in GRC, adapting ServiceNow implementations as necessary.
- Participate in developing and maintaining audit trails and reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support the management and resolution of GRC-related incidents.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure GRC requirements are integrated into the organization's technology infrastructure and processes.
