Required / Must Have
• Extensive Transition & Transformation experience with ServiceNow Platform, Employee Center Pro.
• Complete understanding of the EC Product from OOB features standpoint.
• Experience in taking requirements, understanding the gap/problem, and designing/providing optimum solutions.
• Leading & collaborating with the entire team internal (Internal Connect) as well externally (leading in front of customer).
• Effective collaboration with other ServiceNow consultants to work as a team.
• Technical expertise setting up ServiceNow integrations/ServiceNow API’s
• Experience in configuring Service portals.
• Experience with integrating Microsoft Products, Integrations Hub, and Approval Hub preferred.
• Hands on experience in Angular Templates, Angular Directives, JavaScript, Rest, Service Bridge, e-bonding, Flow designer, lifecycle events, custom app
• Hands on Experience in Widgets, Portal, UI Page, UI Builder. Exposure to CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience in Troubleshooting existing (OOB/Custom) deployment of EC and Integrations
• Well versed with Requirement gathering workshops with customer along with providing direction and solution to the customer wherever applicable.
• Exposure to App engine studio and extensive experience in building custom scoped applications.
• Minimum CSA + 2 Mainline Certification
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
• Self-Starter and should need minimum oversight in a trust based Agile development environment.
