  • Under general direction, gather, define and document highly complex business requirements.
  • Document organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements.
  • Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions.
  • Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures.
  • Ensure testing results correspond to the Business and System Requirements.
  • Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support, including training, help and instructions.
  • Writing use cases and test scenarios.
  • Performing System, User Acceptance, Functional and Integration testing’s.
  • Writing detailed business and system requirement.
  • Writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and understand current applications.
  • Analyzing software applications to enhance per new business requirements.
