Overview
The Solution Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing business and technical requirements to design effective solutions for the organization. They are responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, while also evaluating existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement. The Solution Analyst ensures that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and standards, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive solution designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Create detailed documentation of solution designs and specifications.
Develop prototypes or proofs of concept to validate proposed solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and implementation.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
Ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to implemented solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in solution architecture.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in solution analysis, software development, or a related role.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with database management and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in programming languages and technical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
