SOW Analyst

Our client is currently seeking a Procurement Analyst with a strong background with SOWs

This is a long term contract that can be done remotely

NO THIRD PARTIES

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Collaborate with Technology Leaders and is responsible for US/offshore labor requests within specified Business Technology areas
Assist in reporting via the VMS database to ensure accuracy of contractor assignments, payment lines and SOWs
Perform research and resolve inquiries from the business and suppliers by providing subject matter expertise to Leadership, Managers and Vendors regarding contingent worker contract assignments such as work orders, rates, timesheets, project assignment, etc
Create and maintain projects and requisitions for both time and materials and fixed price engagements within the VMS

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
1-3+ years of experience within a contingent labor program office, MSP provider, or procurement analyst role focused on SOWs
Experience utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Coupa, Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, WAND, etc
Be a self-starter with the ability to develop plan of action for review with Management
