Required Skills:

1) Great communication, need to be able to help train junior associates as well as communicate clearly w/ Sr. Leadership. 

2) Full Stack (Backend and Data) capabilities and STRONG on Backend w/ System Design Experience 

- Strong Backend skills

- Must haves Tech: 

1) Java

2) Kafka

3) Cloud Computing - Google/Azure

4) Data RDMS (SQL, etc) 

5) Bigquery

6) Hadoop 

7) Needs to be able to be hands on for UI (not too much but need to be able to plug in and help jr resources) -> React & node
