Experience in handling incidents and recovering the systems.
Responsibilities
Handle PagerDuty, Slack, Email,
Dont snooze the Alert and your mobile.
Dont Assume and always validate alerts
Respond to page within couple of minutes
Priority is always Pages Customer.
Fix the Runbooks.
Inform Secondary and Team when you are involved in an Incident. Inform over slack and call up if no one joins when you need.
Keep Runbooks, Dashboards, Automation handy bookmark them and always keep the local repos of automation to latest.
Engage ioc for engagement with other teams in Intuit. Dont hesitate to open Incident.
